What products or services do you offer?
We only sell NEW OEM Multistack Parts. We can provide OEM Parts for Multistack, AirStack or any subsidiary of the Multistack Brand.
What happens after I send a quote request?
Our team get to work on your request with the Multistack Engineers and once we have gathered all the information, we will email you a quote.
How do i place an order?
When you are ready to order, send us an email and we will send you a secure payment link where you can enter your CC information. We do not charge any fees for using Credit Cards
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept payments via ACH/Wire Transfer for orders over $10,000.00
How long does shipping take and what are the shipping costs?
Shipping is always free within the US for our parts. Items are sent via "ground" so typically your item will arrive 2-4 days after the item ships. If an item has a leadtime...the shipping timeline starts AFTER the leadtime.
What is your return policy?
If you changed your mind and have new/unused parts, we may accept a return. We will not accept returns on any items that have damaged packaging, items missing packaging, items showing signs of installation or certain special order or custom programmed items. We will impose a restocking fee from 20-50% if applicable and you are responsible for return freight.
If we are responsible for a mistake such as sending the wrong part or a part being defective/damaged...we will handle all costs for sending out the replacement part and we will help secure return shipping for the incorrect part (within reason)

Do you have a warranty or guarantee for your products?
Our parts are all backed by Multistack's General Warranty (typically 1 year) and our parts are GURRANTEED to meet or exceed thermal performance in your Multistack Chiller. All of our parts are OEM, shipping direct from Multistack and approved by Multistack Engineers.
Are you affiliated with Multistack?
We are an Authorized Dealer of Multistack products. We operate on a Wholesale Distributor level so we typically offer lower prices than a typical Manufacturer Representative due to our purchasing power and volume.
We are not affiliated with Multistack (other than being big fans) and we do maintain a strong business relationship with Multistack.
